Consus is a private equity and real estate investment firm built on over 35 years of combined experience in M&A, development, and strategic investment across European markets. We deploy capital in three disciplines: senior living real estate development, strategic equity participations, and M&A advisory at board level.
Our real estate work is grounded in a structural conviction: Germany’s aging population is growing faster than its housing stock can serve them. We develop purpose-built, barrier-free residential properties that meet the highest energy and accessibility standards — including necessary certification — and we secure lease agreements or pre-sales before breaking ground.
We invest with discipline, stay engaged as active partners, and when it comes to real estate development we measure every decision against our basic three standards: structural demand, ESG integrity, and long-term value for our investors.
